Graystone scented the air. " The rogues are approaching," He snarled. For some reason he gave Ivorysoul a cold stare.
" It's too late, Tsuki. I kept everything inside, even though I tried. Everything fell apart. What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time where I tried so hard." Hawkstorm mumbled.

"Enough of this." Two black streaks sprang form the shadows, the small on Graystone in an instant with the other clearing a path. "You shall pay for what you've done!"
"Ryuu!" Tsuki mewed, Shadowlurker falling back a few steps away form the she-cat. "Be careful, brother."
"I should say that to you, sister," the tom mewed; his claws were swiping at Graystone's face before he fel back to the ground and went for his under-fur.
"Come on! Hawkstorm, Wavepaw, Tsuki! You uys need to get out of here!" Shadowlurlker panted as the final rouge stepped form his path.

Hawkstorm shook her head. Graystone whapped Ryuu across the face. A flash of ivory and Graystone was barreled over- by Ivorysoul. " I warned you not to touch my kits-" She started. Graystone fled and ran into Shadowlurker, scratching at his face. Hawkstorm watched, horrified. Shocked. Lonely. Time seemed to be slowing down as everything happened too slowly for her to register. A member of the GA pounced on Hawkstorm's back, leaving Hawkstorm to fall to her knees. || And KURO gets the cupcakes.  || |

"Quiet, mother! This is not your fight!" Ryuu yeowled as he pounced onto Graystone's back, biting into his neck. Shadowlurker fled to Hawkstorm's side and threw the Follower off in an instant.
"Come on, Hawkstorm! We have to get you out of here," he mewed, voice rushed, as he went to help the she-cat up. "I'm not leaving you here. I'm going to die before you have a chance to think of it!" He was down once again as a white cat struck at his face; the quarrel seemed end;less as the gang seemed to grow larger and larger with each passing moment. "Run!"
Tsuki was with Hawkstorm then. "Come on, Hawkstorm. Please, don't die in this fight. Please," she pleaded before she was scopped up by another follower.

Hawkstorm snarled at the follower and bashed her head against the cat's jaws, infuriated. " It's too late, Tsuki. I have given the remainder of my life to someone else who needs it." Hawkstorm mewed.
Ivorysoul said nothing to Ryuu. Everything slowed down now...
Graystone threw Ryuu off easily and bit into Shadowlurker's throat angrily.

"Hawkstorm..." Shadowlurker murmered one last time as life was sucked from his body, his soul retreating to the depths of Starclan. "I'm sorry that I couldn't protect you." And he was gone, limps fell weak, everything lost in an instant. Gone.
"You are a fool. You fight with power and no knowledge of the battle itself!" Ryuu mewed before throwing himself back on Graystone; he latched his claws deep into the rouge's back unitl blood ozed from the wound, teech returning to the holes in his neck. "You do know the pain of war to use it for your own advantage."
Tsuki blinked back tears as she retreated a step, eyes glancing at her brother. "Be careful, Hawkstorm. And can you do me one favor? Even when you die, regardless of where you chose to go...." She turned, blue eyes shining with hints or red and glimming with tears beginning to stream down her small face. "Please still be my friend!" Tsuki cried before lunging to her brother's side, the two working at Graystone in sync. Please....

Before hawkstorm could say a reply, a follower shoved her out of the cave. Hawkstorm screamed in pain, but her body was no where in sight...

"Don't let do Tsuki!" Ryuu mewed and locked his sister into the battle with Graystone once more. "Don't move!" He was darting under the tom, making the pool of blood bigger each time. He had Tsuki firm on the gray tom''s neck- it was a matter of time before he would grow weak, too weak to fight.

"Hawkstorm!" Wavepaw yowled. There was nothing to do, but accept the fact that she was dead. He turned and spotted Tsuki and Ryuu fighting Greystone. He lunged in and fought Greystone along with the two cats.

"Wavepaw, stay back!" Ryuu ordered as he and Tsuki switched terms, the tom now clawing at Graystone's back. "Go find Hawkstorm and see what happened. She's not dead until we know she's dead. Go!" The small cat was demanding for his age, but found the voice of a leader comfterable and held strong since Tsuki was taken hostage. So he now saw this as his fight- his only friend, his only family that he cared about. This was his fight.
"Please Wavepaw!" Tsuki cut in, dodgeing the swipe of another follower as she dived at the gray tom once more.

Wavepaw heisetated for a heartbeat before nodding and plowed through the mob of cats. He franticly looked for Hawkstorm."Hawkstorm where are you?" He yowled and parted his jaws to see if he could scent her. All he could smell was the stench of blood. He continued to search for Hawkstorm, keeping low to the ground so that none of the rogues would spot him.

Graystone snarled and threw Ryuu off him, for some reason something nagged at him to not touch Tsuki. And then it happened.
From the ledge of the cave Hawkstorm lept, landing hard on her father's shoulders. To weak to speak, she let out a ferocious caterwaul. " This is for Nightpaw!" She yowled with weak lungs, clawing right into Graystone's heart. The two of the collapsed. Graystone dead, but a follower threw Hawkstorm from the cave again, and again her body dissapeared.

"Hawkstorm!" Ryuu and Tsuki mewed in sync before Ryuu turned to kill the follower that had thrown the warrior; Tsuki rushed to where she had last seen her friend fly. "Hawkstorm! Are you all right?" she called, heart pounding as thoughts of death and pain clouded her mind. Please don't die, Hawkstorm. Please don't die.
"Do you see her?" Ryuu mewed as he came up beside his sister, gaurding her from any of the followers that decided to get smart and come after them.
"No. Please, Hawkstorm...don't be dead..." Tsuki pleaded as she fell to the ground, paws weary from supporting her weight.

A muffled cough came from the distance. The ferns swayed as a single silver paw pushed through them. With a scraping sound a second paw appeared, this one red and broken then a silver chest appeared, holding a frail, bloody head. Hawkstorm's mouth was bleeding heavily.

"Hawkstorm!" Tsuki mewed, voice held with joy and concern. "Come on Ryuu, we have to help her!" she called, summoning the warrior to the ground.
"There's nothing we can do," Ryuu mewed; he held an unusual sorrow-toned voice, one not common by this tom. "She's internaly bleeding if it's coming that much from her mouth. I'd only giver her a little longer to live- no more, no less. You should both hold your goodbyes now before death seperates us."
"No...please don't die, Hawkstorm..." Tsuki mewed. Tears formed in her eyes once more as she pressed her muzzle her silver pelt. "You were the best friend we ever had, Hawkstorm. I know Ryuu feels the same. Please...still be our friend."

" I refuse... to die..." Hawkstorm gasped, dragging herself forwards. She spat out more blood and on three wobbly legs, she stood. " I won't... abandon you..." She refused to put any weight on one of her foreshoulders.

Ryuu sighed and went to Hawkstorm's side, helping her with her shoulder. "Though we've been wrong before. Let's get you back to the Army, Hawkstorm. You can get fixed up there. Are you coming, Tsuki?"
The she-cat had been frozen with too much joy and awe to speak; she nodded slightly and held back a little, forcing the rest of the followers to fall back a few paces. "Coming brother. And thank you, Hawkstorm. Thank you so much." Another tear fell from her blue eye as she went to the other side of the she-cat. "Do you need any more help?"

Hawkstorm continued to limp towards the RA with Ryuu and Tsuki, inside thinking:
I will not leave them here to die. I will not abandom them. I will guide them and protect them. There is much for them to know still. I will /never/ give up.

Tiko jumped off a rock and onto a the groud next to Greystone. His fang bared. His claws unsheated, her briskled, growls raised in his throat, and lip foamed in a snarl.
