Bella layed on the ponch outside. Her twoleg were next her her. tThe five moon kit was being teach how a leash work. She was a pure breed. Hint, why less would she be in Richmound. Her owner wasa trainer. She train cats and then sends them away to other twoleg. Bella didn't want to be a two-leg toy. She saw that her two-leg had a lose grip. She bolted up off the pouch her two-leg calling her. She ran up the street and stopped when she was sure the two-leg were gone. She sat down and began puching at the lesh and collar. She hissed in anger at her mom and two-legged.

A small siamese cat ran from out of the bushes. A twoleg was yelling something at her. She ran right up a tree near where Bella was. Then she hid inb the leaves. She seemed in a hurry.

Bella saw the two-leg and finally got off her lesh and collar and followed the other cat. "Running from housefolk?" She asked. She was pantting she'd ran pretty far for a kit.

The small siamese poked her head out of the tree only to answer the kitten. "You could say that. Or you could say nothing at all so that they won't find me." She poked her head back still trying not to be seen.

"Me too," she mewed and climbed up the tree. She looked at the other cat. "Do you know were the forest cats live?"

Her head poked out again. "Forest cats? Yes. I know where they live. Why?" Her daughters had dissapeared to go there a long time ago. Her mate, Oreo, had told her how Sophie and Lily had gone missing and where supposedly there. This was the first time that she had tried to go and look for them. Only to be chased by a twoleg.

Rufus looked up the tree, hearing cats, and one voice he remembered clearly, "Mommy?" He mewed weakly, "It's Rufus.... please be mommy..." He lied down in the snow to rest, he had walked for a while, from Littleville all the way back to Richmond heights, and his paws felt like they had fallen off days ago.

Sushi gasped at her small son. "Rufus? Oh my dear Rufus!" She immediatly jumped down from the tree and licked him to death. He had not seen any of her kits since adoption day. Her daughters and other son was gone. "Have you seen your siblings? Dolly? Sophie? Lily? Shoo? Anyone?" She had been lonely lately. Her search to find her kits had been very unsuccesful.

"Lily's dissapeared, and I think she is in the forest, I haven't seen Shoo or Sophie or Dolly." He meowed, and licked her back. He was glad to have found his mom, and couldn't bare to tell her that Lily might- probably is dead.

Bella jumped off the tree and landed infront of Rufus. "My mother told me my sister in the woods with the forest cats."

[Bramble]

Sushi sighed. "When will my torment end. We must find your sister. She could be lost or hurt or-" She couldn't bring herself to saying the last word. It was to painful. But if Lily was in trouble, they would need help to rescue her.

A young cat walked over to the rest of the kitty-pets. He was once such a small kit. Now he was almost full grown. He was well mucleared for a kitty-pet. Yet his owner aloud him out whn every. He was from the poor town. His owner was a run away. His name? Boot.

Bella walked away from the group into the forest to find the forest cats on her own.

Rufus nodded to his mother, and jumped behind his mother at the new-comer. "W-who a-are yo-you?" He stutterd, confused, and fearful about the new-comer. What did he want?

Boots laughted, "I won't hurt you. My name Boots. I live nowhere near here infract I live mith my sister and are owner who a run away."

"I'm Rufus," He mewed quietly, "And why are you here if you don't live here?"

"i don't know just like to rome the neithbor hoods and make new friends," He gave his glosses pelt a few licks.

"Oh," he meowed, looking at the cats glossy pelt.

Boots got up, "If I scare you I will leave." With that he walked back to the poor part of town.

"You don't scare me," he mewed, "Just kinda suprised me for a minute."

"ah, and that what I do best," he called over his shoulder and kept going.

He flicked his tail to the older cat, in a good-bye sort of matter.
