May the Revolution Begin

[Kuromai]

A Black tom shifted his stance along the outer walls of the mountian, signaling for the those he had come to collect to fall back. "You know who to follow. Reject her whims and die. Got it?" He could feel the crown shrink back at his words; it was a nice feeling. I still can't reason why I returned to the side of light.... The rest of the shadows evaporated without a trace before the young tom dared to make his move.

His lean figured dropped before Memory, dim yellow eyes the only warning of death if a sound rippled from her being. There was silence. "Fetch me Leopadrclaw."

"The King asked to be alone, young master." Memory's voice was quiet, as if she has seen a ghost. Which was likely.

The dark figure kept his stance as if he had not heard her response. "That would be more helpful than having to get him myself."

"I have no power to chose that," Memory mewed as she rose to her paws; she quietly returned to the depths of the mine. The tom didn't move. He knew that Leopadrclaw would have to make his appearence sooner or later.

Hearing voices, Leopardclaw stopped what he was doing, took a deep breathe, blinked, and stood. He drew a paw across his eyes and steadily walked towards them, to see Memory and Liam. He tilted his head. " What does the father of Ryuu and Tsuki wish for?" Leopardclaw asked calmly, his voice slightly shaky.

A bengal tom, identical to Leopardclaw, came up on Leopardclaw's side. Tigerpaw. Tigerpaw looked around, sitting patiently next to his father.

Memory nodded to the families before leaving the three toms unmarked. May this end be well.

"Please, refer to me not as my family. My name is Liam, and I have a proposal to offer you. Come, may we speak in private. Our company may amuse each other," he mewed, steadily, a she-cat coming to his side, green eyes looking for orders.

"My accomplise, Jadepaw. She escaped the clans recently- just after your little cherade with the mountian lion. Your father died in the battle, did he not? Then you are to be his prodigy? You seem a little out of it to be that. Maybe you think that you can't do it, not like this? Even if not, we both know what is true. Come, as I say. There is much mountian and time to cross before we have to part." Liam turned and began scaling the mountian, glancing back at the bengal cat in question. "Just tell me you're listening, and I may continue."

Leopardclaw shrugged. " Sure." He mewed, padding off. Tigerpaw lingered for a while and looked at Jadepaw.

Jadepaw rested her eyes on the dark ground as the toms made their way out of sight. "What do they expect from us," she murmered, sighing gently. "In the end, this'll just end up being a fool's game. And yet we all play. But you? You haven't danced with this demon yet, you haven't scented a flood of blood before. Get out while you still have a chance to escape these waves. End it all for you while you still can."

"Where shall we begin then? There's so much to say and very few things that is wanted," Liam began, paws nibily gliding over the terrain native to Tornadoclan. "I know you're the son of Tigerheart and Skypool, one of which is now dead and the other has been reincarnated as my sister. You are currently in charge of the Rouge Army through inheritence, and your successor is to be either Shortstride or Tigerpaw. You have I mate, I guess, though you either don't love her anymore or can act well enough to fool yourself."

He shrugged the comment off and began down the sloope, the pine trees of the mountian seeming to freeze off as the treeline was passed. "I was born a kittypet my first life, was taunted into the forest by Fernstar and was taught under the will of Scoutstar after the Nightclan battle. I was drawn back to Stormclan with a surprise attack by a small group of rouges, where I stole many of her lives before seeing the 'error' in my ways. I died a pitiful death of saving Fernstar, and was reincarnated for that reason, I would assume. But I've seen the dark since then." He paused at a slow-stirring creek, lapping up a bit of the water before turning to face the moon. A smirk crawled across his face. A small, black figure began to glow an errie red for a moment in the moonlit clearing before Liam decided to move on.

"That brings us to today. When you brought in your little mountian lion, I escaped from the clan and began finding any cat willing to find: power, inner strength, and to take down anyone that gets in their path or is just too weak in general. I have a sect that could take down almost any army; and yet, I still need more. That's where I think we should make an alliance, half and half. Face it, almost every single she-cat under your call ran away and toms can't do everything around here, especially in small numbers. But if we join our forces, then the forest will fall faster than the tornado- er, raging winds could strike."

Leopardclaw considered. " So, both you and I merge our forces to bring down the entire forest..." Leopardclaw paused. " I shall consult my seconds-in-command." He mewed. " Tigerpaw! Shortstride! Get your bloody tails over here before I rip them off!" He yowled. Tigerpaw's eyes fled from Jadepaw to his father, quickly bounding forward.

Liam rolled his eyes. "Come now, we're all comrades here. You don't need to blow your head off to make you feel all warm inside. Jadepaw and I couldn't care less if you went off crying again right now, position-wise," he chimed in before taking a seat with his female accomplise.

"What is it, Leopardclaw? Have you gotten over- who the hell are they?" Shortstride hissed as he padded out of the den, prepared to launch himself at Liam in an instant.

"Back off. Just because you know that you'll lose unless you strike first is pathetic; you'd lose either way." Jadepaw whispered something in Liam's ear that cut him off. The tom nodded and turned back to Leopardclaw.

Shortstride grunted and took a place by his cousin. "What's all this then? Don't tell me have some new arrivals just like that?"

Leopardclaw started to tell them about merging forces and everything else. " The rest of the RA will have to deal with the decision. It's up to the both of you. I'm for it, but it goes by majority."

Tigerpaw curled his tail, looking up at his father. " But what if they try to over throw our group?" Tigerpaw mewed with a glance at Liam and Jadepaw. " Then, we're screwed. Liam might be a kittypet, but Fernstar chose him as a deputy in the end of his past life, or so the stories of Oakfoot go." Tigerpaw mewed, recounting a time when in the battle he had heard Oakfoot talking to Cloverleaf. " And Jadepaw's brother drove Thunderstar out, who knows what SHE can do."

[Kuromai]

"We're honored to be known by such a young rouge," Liam cut in from across the way, Jadepaw shaking her head slightly as the two fell silent for a moment. "You know, you may also want to consider-"

"Liam..." Jadepaw mewed quietly; her eyes read of the decet her brother had done, everything that had been done. Everything that could be done. The tom nodded.

"I may be with the sqirt on this one. What do we know about them other than the fact that they're evil enough? We don't need them to rely on us-"

"On the contrairy Shortstride, we wouldn't rely on you. We would have the same rights in all, sucsessors the same if Leopardclaw or myself heppened to die. With all due respect, why would we want to overthrow you if we just needed the numbers?"

"You didn't listen..."

"Silence, Jadepaw. I'll let you know when you can talk." Liam shifted slightly, eyes hardening on Shortstride.

Shortstride sighed, shaking his head. "I don't really care. I guess we can give them a shot and boot them out before they do anything wrong."

Leopardclaw hissed. " Liam, I'm talking to them privately, you mouse-brain. Best you mind your own buisness." Leopardclaw hissed. " But we will merge." He sighed.

Tigerpaw muttered something that sounded like the words rain, storm and save.

[Kuromai]

Not that he'll have his own anymore. Liam held back his smirk and nodded. "Good to hear, good to hear. I'll summon the Siege; Jadepaw, go in and find our place to rest. Tomorrow is a new dawning." He slipped into the darkness, the yellow in his eyes cascading through the shadows until they were no more.

Jadepaw nodded and rose to her paws, looking expectantly at Leopardclaw with a side glance at Tigerpaw. She smiled. And another is found to be good at taking orders.

Shortstride padded back into to mine, waiting for his cousin to make the announcement to the remaining members of the RA. This'll be a change, that's for sure.
